I dont know what kind of start relay i should use on my rr 71 383 4- speed
Cant find any at YO or CI

A '71 should have a clutch safety switch and use the same starter relay as an automatic; '69 and earlier stick-shift used a different relay than the automatic.

By "original" do you mean NOS or original style reproduction?

The factory part number is 2444 442. Year One has them, their number is FD442.

I can't recall how's the bracket on 71/72 B bodies, but you'll be able to find it cheap ( less than $10 ) on any pàrts store around you
