Looking for 70 rear window frame patch panels

Looking for rear patch panels go repair rust around rear window frame and side pillars as well.  Also,What would the correct term for those side pillar pieces?

They call those areas , sail panels , or the inners to B or C pillars , the lower rear window frame parts, have a look at a company called AMD , it's easier to replace that deck area panel in one which forms part of lower window frame, once you remove that part, you might find more rust to lower frame, but these replacement panels are available
