I was thinking rims/tires but not sure....

Yes, wheels and tires would be as good a place as any to spend the next round.  What do you have in mind?

Thanks!
Tires and rims...I have had about 3000 different ideas..no solid leads yet. I keep thinking I will know the rims when I see them. Too bad they don't make turbines in 17 x 10  :icon_smile_angry:
After I save another $1500 I will start shopping I guess.

I say for rim size get the rim that will fit whatever brake you plan to put in there.

Mannnnnn,,,, Beautiful work and gorgeous car!!!

My vote is Billet Specialties, Street Lite wheels... I think they would be the PAY DAY to complete the build....

Your color choice is really nice. Were it me, tires and wheels would be the last thing I'd buy. No sense in chancing a scratch etc on new shoes.  :Twocents:

The kit looks great......but why am I dubious of such a cheap price?

Looks like it's already installed on your car. Have you driven the car yet? I'm assuming this
is a power disk brake conversion kit for a factory power drum brake car? Do you use your
existing MC and brake booster? Did you buy a new prop valve?

I tell ya, if all the above is correct I'm ordering that kit most riki tik!
As few miles as I drive my 69 compared to regular wheels that kit is a great value
for a disk brake upgrade. Certainly be an order of magnitude better front brake system than
the stock power drums.

If you can find one in the bone yard, this is simply a Volare' or Aspen front disc brake kit. I have pulled and sold many from the bone yards along with the prop valve from the same cars. They are not new, but I clean them up and sell them cheap.. I think I got $100 for the last set and the rotors were like new...

You can search out DISC BRAKE CONVERSION on here and find everything from many bodies and years along with new part numbers right here on this site. ;)

That kit did not have master cylinder or prop valve. I run manual brakes.

Here is what I got.

Everything else was there. Sill in the same condition it was in my pic so I have not driven it...maybe next year.
