Clone Parts Sources / Prices / Tradeoffs

  Has anybody put together a comprehensive list of clone part sources?  I'm just starting to collect parts and if there are some choices I can make now that will reduce my cost, I'm all for it.  I'm not intending on building a 100% correct clone, but something that looks right from the outside.  If there are shortcuts or savings to be had, I'd like to know what they are.

The best thing to do is to look at old threads. It has been covered numerous times and if you happen to find a source for daytona parts that are good quality, decently priced and available within a reasonable amount of time, let us know.
