Installing Tic Toc Tach in Place of Clock

Going to help a friend install a Tic Toc Tach in place of his clock only in a 70 rallye cluster. In the first gen Chargers (67 anyways), the tach only needs a 12V input and a signal input from the neg side of coil. I can modify the harness to supply that without much of a problem.

Am I correct in assuming the 68-70 tachs only require the same? The back of it looks identical to the 67 tachs I'm more familiar with. I'm pretty sure they all use the same board from 67-74.......

Just 6T9 CHGR

Yes.  12v+ from the radio fuse in the fuse block and the (-) side of the coil.  The housing itself is grounded to the dash cluster, which in turn is grounded to the dash frame itself.......

Dont forget there is a separate pigtail wire to power up the clock :Twocents:
