Looking to find out if there is any difference in length between the 71/72 & 73/74 fuel filler neck, I'm moving the bumper in on the rear of my '73 & needing to know if I have to change out the filler tube, & yes I know about using the 71/72 bumper brackets for this job, thanks in advance

Yes, the 73 is longer.  Inch, maybe two.  Not sure if it will interfear with the plate or not.
There are also different ones for 71 and 72. 72 in fact lists two for the year (before 2/72 and after) but I'm not sure if it has anything to do with the length.

odzking, I have a lead on a '71 filler tube, does the book give any dimensions far as length goes vs. the '73 tube

I was going to change the filler neck when I tucked in my 74 bumper but it still fit. Just a little rub on the gas cap.

Copy that Bob, what's the liscense plate bracket rubbing on it all the time

It sits normal. I have a 72 filler neck that I will change one day. I guess "If it ain't broke, don't fix it." type thing. The gas cap rubs on the inner bumper bracing and not the license plate cover.

No dimensions.
But earlier ones seem to be plentiful out there.
