RK motors has another 'bird

...and says the #'s matching motor has a date code of 2/26/69.  Anyone heard of one like that?

Those reproduction trunk mats look terrible.

 the  repop trunk mats in the late 80s I thought were ok , would of thought with the high dollar prices all late 60s early 70s  mopars command these days ,  someone would reproduce a more accurate one !! or just repop the late 80s ones again

Motor City Originals had nice mats in the 80's.   Very similar in pattern appearance but lacked the texture on the pattern and the herringbone finish on the back side.

oh right I never realised that ,  I have one of them mats in mine , second owner put it in about 1985 time ,
some how it split in a couple of places , when I was taking it out to put a new trunk floor in back in late 89  
remember reading in motor city originals & year ones cataloges back then showing them , should of ordered another one back then when I had the chance   did not feel it was important at the time , figuring  , new part will always be available
