'68 Vacuum Headlight Doors Diagram

Hey,

Having trouble getting my headlight doors working. They worked perfect, then took the car into shop a few years ago to get original engine rebuilt and when I got the car back he said he replaced a few lines that were cracked, now my headlight doors don't work. I just put in a new headlight switch vacuum pod last night and they still don't work. I have great vacuum going to canister and out of canister and when I pull lines off headlight switch off still have SOME vacuum but not as much as coming out of canister. Could he have reversed the lines somewhere? I know it's something simple because they worked perfect before. Is there a diagram of which lines go where?

I have a '68 service manual but couldn't find it in there.
