I'm torn between going with 650 CFM or 750 CFM.  What do you guys recommend for this?

'68 383
10:1 compression
6,000 RPM max
Headers
220-230 deg at .050 cam

likely will be stroking next year if funds allow.

I'm thinking of the Proform 750.  I was originally going to go with the 650 before deciding to upgrade the cam and headers.

Which Holley would your recommend?

Holley 4779C

I run it on mine. Good price, all the bells and whistles needed without going overboard into a race carb and no "bljng bling"

I run a modded 650 Holley DO (flows 700) on my 440.

650 would be best all around...

Run what u want but the dyno will tell u when to stop going up in carb sizes.  650 to 850 Can work.
