What year did the Safety Standards decal first appear on Mopars?  I am talking about the black one with silver lettering that goes in the forward door jamb on the drivers side just above the interior light switch.

Any info in the parts books for any given year? Meaning if it's in the 69 book might it say (68-up) or sumpin like that??
