Pretty sure that car was featured in Mopar Action late last year. Built by a guy that worked part time for Henry Hyde in the K&K days. Article says he decided to finally build this car for himself, but passed before it was complete.
Lots of good parts and work on this car, looking at the article, but the wing seems like a no-no.

it was for sale on ebay a few years back !! think the story was !! it was a guys long term or life long project ! & built it to how he wanted etc
