superbird rear window lower "dutchmans panel"

Does anyone know if that panel between the back window and the trunk lid on the B bodies ( some people call it a dutchmans) The same from 2 door too 4 door??? 68 to 70.  I ask because if it is. wouldn't it be beter to use an original piece to replace it? r
