To improve its appearance of course.  :icon_smile_big: :D

Okay, But a 69 grill on a 68 just does not look right. 68 grills are awesome. Why would one do this. ?

jaak

I like 68's... just like 69's better.

A Maverick ? :scratchchin:

Ya pay no attention to that ;D That's my brother in law's car, I let him store it that winter.. Its a mean little beast, 351 jammed in there, it was as quick as my Charger before I took it off the road..

Hey now...  Nothing is as fast as the Charger...  If you were to build a highway around the world at the equator, and drove the Charger on it eastbound; you'd effectively be able to reverse the earth's rotation and turn back time.

... with Chuck Norris driving the car

Yeah, sorry, sometimes I get too involved and forget to take pics. What I ended up using was the flat end of a small jewelers hammer and it took out the ding but I sort of "domed" the trim. It's got a bit of a.bulge in it but it's a nice, shiny smooth bulge. :P

That's cool. I always say "your car, your way".
I met a guy in Calipornia once who did the same thing.  What's funny is he claimed it was a mid year change and the grill was correct. lol
