Just finished up the 3 1/2 year restoration project on my 67 Charger. Most everything on the car is either new, rebuilt, or restored. My wife and I have spent the last year and a half putting it all back together....383, console auto with PS/PB/Factory AC. One of 12 (so my research shows) in 67 with Medium Copper Metallic (TT-1) with copper interior and vinyl roof. Some pics for those interested....

Thanks,

Mark

Love the vinyl roof's on the first gen's.  Rarely seen & when combined with a great color, look stunning.  Great job!!

What is a "white hat special" anyway?  :scratchchin:

i just thought it was a charger with a white vinyl roof

Ghoste

Dodge did an ad campaign where the Dodge Boys were the good guys.  The age of the western was still strong in the public mind.  You are largely correct, the promo package as it applied to the cars included a white or black vinyl top as well as a few other things.

Ghoste

Congrats Gibber the car looks great!  Would be a good photo subject with my 67 White Hat since its the white roof and Turbine Bronze.

Nice one Gibber, what a looker that is, now, go put a tank of gas through it  :2thumbs:

Looks great, love the top and the hub caps. Love the hub caps on the blue one too, weird how style changes as we age, 10 years ago I hated hub caps.

This is what we all see as the place to end up.  Lots of effort and a gem as the reward.

So now what you have done is put many of us back in the garage :D  Thanks we need the boost.  Enjoy the car an kick back
