68 Charger with floor shifted auto.  Got everything hooked up except for a blue wire with yellow tracer.  I have the original wiring diagram, but it does not show this wire on the schematic.  It is an aftermarket harness though.  Any ideas where this thing connects to?

Also, from the same harness, behind the driver kick panel this connects to the dash harness.  The violet wire which came from the floor harness turns into a white wire when it's connected to the dash harness.  This white wire is also not on my schematic.  My reverse lights are not coming on as a result.  Yes I do have the correct rooster comb mechanism in the tranny, a single post NSS and the brown wire from the relay to the NSS.  The car does start in P and N.  Thanks again guys. :2thumbs:

Fuel, I appreciate it bro.  Your shot of the back up lamp switch got me thinking about mine.  It's probably not adjusted right.  Gonna double check it.  Thanks. :2thumbs:

Isn't the NSS / Back UP switch on the tranny?  :scratchchin:

On a 68 it is. But the switch is under the shifter lever. 69's and up had the 3 prong switch in the tranny while 68's had the single prong.
