CAR 1- 1965 Marlin:  Marina Aqua with Silver insert. 62,821 miles. 232 cu.in. 6 cyl. Rare twin stick shift and twin grip differential. Bucket seats, rare factory air, rare tilt steering. Purchased from original owner. Have original bill of sale, service records and manuals. This is a rare find.

CAR 2- 1965 Marlin:  Seaside Aqua with Marina Aqua insert. 76,669 miles. 327 cu. in. V8. Power steering. Bucket seats, rare factory air.  Purchased from original owner. Have original bill of sale.
Both cars are solid untouched originals. Both have a small hole in the right rear quarter panel near the exhaust pipe. Both have some rust in the firewall around the windshield wiper motor.

ALSO INCLUDES --TWO  parts cars, extra 327 engine and trans., plus a pickup load of extra parts.
I have owned 7 Marlins over the years and stripped all the parts I could off the ones I got rid of.

ALL VEHICLES SHOULD BE TRAILERED.

I have seen this car listed for sale a few times but this is the first time with a picture of the twin stick set up

Has anybody ever used one of these set ups or better yet HOW DOES IT WORK ???

Just curious

Cool cars! looks alot like the first gen charger's.

Oldsmobile made the lightning rod shifter in the late 70's.  Maybe this is where they got their inspiration :scratchchin:

Looks like something I would have to practise on the back roads a couple of times with no one around to see if it did what I thought I was doing :)

The Marlin came out first, so it's the Charger that looks like the Marlin.

If you're old enough you have said, "never mind, it's just a Marlin", more than once in you're life.

A383Wing

the first gen Charger final design was set in 1963.....I'm not sure when the Marlin design was finalized

It wouldn't matter if the Charger came out three years before the Marlin, the AMC comments would still come. :brickwall: :-\
