I wouldn't let two bad comments keep me off the site.  There were 20 positives.

TripleBlackGator

Well I didn't say I was leaving. Just saying what was on my mind is all. Time will tell. Some people just have no idea how much of a Prick I can be if I set my mind to it.
Malicious, vindictive, spiteful, cynical, pessimistic, sarcastic, & antagonistic. And those are my good traits!

Ram07

don't let a couple of little pricks get in the way..... :icon_smile_big:, could you post a real pic of your car?

Now I remember why I haven't been to this forum in years.
You know, I too haven't been to this forum in years.  My reasons (excuses) were blew up a computer,
lost the link, got busy with everyday stuff.  Lately this is my favorite place because it is so active.
Facebook has really sucked the life out of many forums.
Back on topic:  If you're gonna throw it out there for all to see, you have to be prepared for whatever
bounces back.  I took only 1 comment as possibly negative - but only on the surface.  Meh?  I thought,
can you sing?  If so, I'm always putting bands together.
So, here's my version of whatever you call this strut.

TPG, if you had never left you'd know that Red 70 R/T 493 is pretty much to the point with his comments whether they're in line with what the rest of the comments are or not.

Talk to him in a PM, there's not many of us '70 owners'. :2thumbs:

Trust me. I know sarcasm when I see it.

HeavyFuel

Not crazy about the cop car...but I like what you did with the others.   :yesnod:

Ghoste

Yeah, of the three I like the blue flame one best.

472 R/T SE

I like Gator's rig too.  He put those wheels/tires on & disappeared.

A person can't tell with these photochops if it was lowered with the new shoes or not.  I'd sure like to know more about the set.  What kind, size wheels/tires?

And as usual I'm in the minority,  ;)  I happen to like the black with orange flames & the skeleton coming out of the door giving the finger.
Is this a "how 'bout your opinion" of these photochops until someone degrades the post?  It's the way the post was worded that leaves it open.

Better hurry before he deletes these too.

I also like the blue flame skeleton on the hood the best, like center lines better than stock rims, & I own a 70.

I took it as this:
The OP titles this thread with...."Not sure what to call this" as if he found some random picture of a 70 Charger and wanted opinions on it.
Fair enough.
THEN he 'fesses up that the car is HIS after getting a few comments.
I think it is an interesting car. I actually like the first picture best of all. I like the big wheel look more than others might.
My snide remarks were in reference to a guy that puts pictures of his own car in a thread without admitting UP FRONT that the car is his. Sure, it is a nice car and I would be proud to own it. I just think the manner in which this thread began reminded me of an insecure woman that constantly asks...."Do you think that I am pretty???"
The car IS pretty, you just took a strange path to get approval here!    :shruggy:

TripleBlackGator

Strange path? Maybe. I just created it and didn't know what to call it. So...here is MY car that I tinkered with. It has been Lowered, Flamed, Windows Tinted, Background changed to B&W. All via Photoshop. Let the opinions fly!

Not bad.  Lets see the next one, but only if you're having fun    :popcrn:

Kern Dog

I like the stance of the car. I had mine that low but got tired of the rear tires rubbing the wheel tub.

Oooh..I will take the BC Rich's.

If you go with this:

I'd like to do the masking job :2thumbs:
Any idea on the tire / wheel specs?

I also like the modern flames (less skeletons).  A combination of the 2 colors would be unique :coolgleamA:

Brock:  Thanks for recognizing them!  They keep me sane with extra income playing gigs
Just sold the blue one to finance a new engine in my wife's car - so had to get 1 last group shot ;)

I am a big fan of the butcher block/laminate look. I have a few old Charvels and an old Pedulla made that way.

It does.  We go off topic but its an interesting reply you made.  I've always found bass players to be a lot more open minded to different wood types and looks for their instruments and guitarists to be more traditionalists.

There is a guy near me whos father was a sheriff in 1970. He bought a 70 R/T and used it as a police car. I even got to see a vintage photo of the car with the lights on top. Was pretty cool. :2thumbs:
