Not bad, but I'd like to see what Pontiac itself would have done with the new car.

I agree. . .

I like it. . always been a huge fan of T-tops.  It is not a Trans Am without them.  ;)

While i think it looks better than a new camaro, I still don't care for the overall look of the car which is the fault of the camaro design itself.  TA or camaro doesn't really matter to me, the whole time they were being built they always looked almost exactly alike with only small cosmetic differences.

No Prob. Too bad Pontiac is gone. It would been cool to see how they would design the T/A's.

With the current state of GM and the triumph of badge engineering overall my guess is that it would look very much like the Camaro if GM allowed Pontiac to build it at all.

I really like those. But I have a problem because I love t tops. I also like having a car that not everyone else has (even though it is really a Camaro).

I also have a problem with it costing more than double price of a highline Camaro. So I'll wait to see what happens to the price in 5 years or so.

I have my t tops fix now with a black 99 t top firebird that I picked up with only 70K miles on it.

Maybe after I get all the kids though college.....

Same here; I have a '99 T/A that I cloned up to be a WS6 car.  Personally, I don't think the 5th 'Gen Camaro or this 5th 'Gen Firebird-custom holds a candle to the 4th 'Gens styling wise; waste of effort, if you ask me...

jaak

I don't think it looks that bad. It sure looks better than a stock Camaro.... they are  :eek2:
