look stock to me from the pictures  :scratchchin:  they look different because they are not covered in thick factory undercoating maybe  :scratchchin: , this car was built at St Louis  , Hamtramck  cars were fully undercoated there , well all the ones ive seen :shruggy: ,  seen other  of  St Louis built chargers like this  70s too:yesnod:
