chnaged the temp sending unit and oil pressure sending unit, checked both gauges and they checked out so whats next...the instrument voltage limiter is new also so I was thinking either the bulkhead disconnect, or the circuit board.

Is the fuel gauge working okay?

Do you get a pulsating 12v at the oil and temp sending units?
If not start tracing the circuit back to the cluster until you find the problem.
The pins on the circuit board have a habit of losing electrical contact with the board.

fuel gauge is working, and I havn't checked the power at the senders yet.  If it turns out to be the circuit board can I fix it, or find a cheap one.  Always wondered if the circuit board connections should be soldered anyway like new circuits are.

That would eliminate the voltage limiter.

If the pins are the problem they can be replaced with 3mm machine screws.
