Ignition light covers

So I'm looking for the ignition light on ebay, the one with the ring that fits over the switch and I find the one with a blue cap, which is what I believe I need.  And then I find a few with a silver cover with only a small light hole for 69 Plymouth's.  They really used a different system?

  I know the metal bullet holders are different in those two links  !!  , but  they are both the same  , think the bottom one is missing the  blue shade/ lense

if you look on the under side  of the where the light shines through , there is a one round hole ! on a ash tray lamp there are two tiny holes

 have you seen a picture of any of those  lamps ?   only  the ones ive seen advertised  are like the one I posted above  ,  with a yellow wire    !!  &  the  wire on mine , is black with a yellow stripe  
just curious  more than anything
