manifold vacumn nipple

Looking for some help. I have a stock 68 with a 383 4bbl and I am converting to power brakes.

I believe I need a nipple with the ability to connect 2 hoses. one for the headlight doors and another for the brake booster.

who sells this nipple and what does it look like?

let me clarify, I am looking for the nipple that attaches to the intake manifold. or do I have it wrong? doesn't the booster vacuum and the headlight door vacuum line go to the manifold vacuum nipple in the rear on the intake manifold?

I believe the ones pictured mount to the booster.
