Yeah I've got LED's converted on all my bulbs.  Way brighter than stock.  Be sure to replace the signal flashers (the 2 silver, round things on the fusebox) with LED signal converters or they won't flash.

I have seen them look good in the rear of 68's...but 69 & 70 look terrible because of such a large housing and surface to light up. LED's are more of a "straight on" light, rather than off at an angle viewing

on mine , was trying to get rid of that look that the 69's have, so looked at it completly fresh,
first the housings were never reflective, so all you saw were the individual globes in such a big lense, so mirror finish chrome plated that,
dramatic improvement, then converted to the led's , the one that look like xmas tree's, so the light would replect around the housing.
but said above you have to change the flashers , will post the part number have to get under dash to see it but I'm sure its been posted before on here
just search for the threads on these

Thanks, I knew somebody had done it. I have been caught in the dark a couple of times and it seems like some people can't see the car so I figured LED's might help.

Those LED panels look to be of VERY nice quality. I wonder how bright they are? They are not inexpensive, but they look great!
