1970 Charger 500 project

 I have found this 1970 charger 500 it has no engine or trans, was a 383 4 barrel car. needs restored, trunk pan will have to be replaced, frame rails or good. Don't want to get in into it deep The guy is asking $5500.00
is this a going price for this car in this shape?  Thanks newbie to these cars.

how much do you want to have into one?   do you have a drive train already? does it have a clean title?  sure grip? was it a 4 speed? air?  are you rich? do you live with your mother and work at the hardware store?   do you want to flip it?  we need more info to try and help you.

Its hard to tell,with one pic.... but looking at that one pic, and the description you gave, I would pull out 4k in front of him and offer it....probably get to take it home for that.
