This is a very interesting interview old Uncle Ted did with Piers Morgan. Uncle Ted is right, and statistics prove it. I have lived in both gun free zones like Illinois, and parts of Indiana, and open carry zones like Arizona. Arizona is safer by far.

     How frustrating it is to see people confronted with the most basic logic and common sense pass it off as if it was never spoken.

Its sad to hear folks call him "uncle" Ted. He's always been entertaining to listen to, and always fun to listen to him take on pacifists who think eliminating guns would eliminate crime.  Is there no crime in England? Is there gun crime in europe where guns are illegal? of course there is. All i know is that there will be no gun crime on my property, where I have the right to shoot anyone that presents a threat to me or my family.  Been here 20 years and haven't had a problem yet.

If you want an entertaining song to listen to, pick up Ted's Kiss My Ass.  Its actually kind of funny.

Just means he's getting old, as we all are and hearing folks call him uncle make me realize age has me in its grips.  Ted's first album as a solo artist was my first heavy metal record as a teen, I had a few beach boy albums and an american graffiti album and my brother got sick of me playing beach boys, so he gave me ted's record.  It worked, was hooked for life.  Still listen to him.

That's awesome! Click some of the other options (drop down menu on the top right). Interesting ones are Hypertension(!), Alcohol, Drug Use, and Falls. Not exactly what you'd expect.

Kind of makes you wonder doesn't it.....if the numbers are close to accurate it sure is a different picture than the media and special interest groups paint....

Especially when you see that number is per 100,000 people. Guatemala leads with 75 deaths due to violence while the US is 6.5. I live in a city of 1/2 million and we seem to have 60 murders per year (12 per 100,000) so that means areas outside of cites must have ridiculously low numbers to bring the average down. There are 44 countries who have more deaths (per capita) by Pancreatic Cancer than we do due to violence. There are 180 countries that have more deaths due to the flu.
