I just removed my original vinyl top and found markings on the backside that show it being made of material from (2) vendors.

The center section had one company marking and a 9-69 date code. The two side pieces were marked from a different company and a 10-69 date code.

I do not see a difference in the grain.

The part number stamping was located in the far right / front corner with some of it missing.

Is this the typical finding?

Brennan,

Thanks for the information!

I've spent the last few days cleaning out around the rear window....digging out the old sealant, and vinyl top material. Almost all of the original clips are in "like-new" condition.
