I just love looking at the Chargers and watching what the people here will say good or bad. I have seen a few high dollar cars for sale (restored) and one of the things I catch first more or less is the missing Pentastar emblem from the right front fender :scratchchin
Wonder what happen to the "Original" fender?

Fully restored?
I see overspray on the cam bolts, so the suspension might not have received the attention it needed.
Wiper motor looks unrestored...

A-C car with cruise control on the other hand.
Not saying its not a nice car but certainly no full nut and bolt rotisserie restoration.
Greetings from Belgium, the beer country

NOS is nice, turbo's are neat, but when it comes to Mopars, there's no need to cheat...

JB400

A rotisserie restoration and yet, no pix of what it's like underneath :scratchchin:  Is that dirt or rust in the trunk? :scratchchin:  His photo link no workie :brickwall:

What's the code below - is it N81 Fast Idle Control?  If so, what does that do?  Is this a common thing to see on '70s, and/or is it commonly found with the A/C or Cruise Control options?

Galen's book shows that code was used at least from '69 - '71 (maybe much longer, I was only looking at the books from that period), and I don't think I've ever run across a car which had N81... if that's actually the code.  My 1969 factory paperwork shows that N81 was never used or available with any of the RB engine family (440-4, 440-6, 426), but that may have changed for 1970.

Nevermind, false alarm... that's got to be an "M" which looks like an "N" in that photo (complete code is almost certainly M31 Body Belt Molding, standard on Chargers).

Dodge Don

Without an up close detailed inspection hard to say. Just a quick look and I see a number of issues/concerns...car was "restored" several years ago (looks like 8-10 years)

Redline tires on a 70
Rear tail light trim painted all black
Exhaust toips
stainless vinyl roof trim at passenger quarter looks dodgey
hood call outs in wrong place
vinyl roof at drivers rear quarter/roof looks loose/wrinkled
headlight doors need restoring...do they even work
wrong battery
rad cap
gauge faces look faded
trunk looks rusty....along top rear lip
filler tube colour
missing spare
4 way p/w gang switch broken

says power windows and radio need fixing

I personally like the white...I'd go as high as $20k....and then fix up all the issues.

polywideblock

$30 600  didn't make reserve . seems to be a lot wrong with a 30K car  :scratchchin:
