roof rail

Does the garnish moulding, white piece, go on after the roof rail? I don't think I could get the clips on if that was the case. Anybody know? thanks

been soo long ago , I cant really remember ,  I remember after doing the head lining , taking the roof rails back off for some reason , although that don't mean much I always go over stuff looking & doing things I don't really need to do      , that interior top rail trim just bangs into place ,  although I forget what the clips look like even   sorry cant be much more help , would look at mine , but its locked away in storage for the winter

The molding was the last piece I put on after the weather stripping was back in and the new head liner
