I have attached a photo of my Superbird VIN tag with a sticker showing 444. This sticker looked very old . Could this have been some kind of tag showing dealer number, or maybe it was traded at some stage and this may have been some kind of ID for the car lot? Any ideas?

Never seen that before - probably some kind of tracking/inventory code?

Could have fell off some documents that were laying on the dash and the sun baked it on there. :Twocents:

What does the rest of the car look like?

Be thankful it doesn't read 666.

Ghoste

I'm thinking just some used car lot or collector inventory code.

how does that "444" number reflect on the time that the car was converted to a 'Bird?

Where does the VIN fall in line of number of cars built?

Im not sure what 444 meant possible dealer inventory. My Superbird had a 333 dealer reference code on top right corner of paperwork?
Any ideas on what #333 refers to this is from the salesman bulletin board also note salesman card and Dodge Delta Sales Club.Whatever that is
