68 charger heater cables...round or rectangle knob?

every 68 charger that I can remember having....had the round knobs for the bottom of dash frame heater cables.  was there a switch to the rectangular style with "vent" on it later in the year?

Good question , I will go and have a look , back in a minute , round for my 68 square on the 69 , I'm pretty sure I didn't mix em up in the rebuilds,

I think it must have been a mid year thing.  were there different locations bn 68 and 69...round vs rectangle?  different lengths?  ac only had one cable, correct?

Miy build date is June 12th & I have square knobs.

 cars with air conditioning  only had one out side fresh air  vent lever  ( driver side)
