Very nice...Welcome from another 67 Charger owner. 
You will find (if you haven't already) that the first generation Charger is both a joy and a challenge to own as it is very unique when compared to later Chargers.  For the most part you will be the only one with a first generation Charger at most car shows you may attend. 
And, you are correct there is a lot of information on this forum that should help you in keeping your Charger where it belongs....on the road.

I swapped from 2.76 to 3.23 gears earlier this year, made a big a difference - was sick of being barely above idle everywhere!

I am new to the Forum. I previously owned a 1965 Barracuda that I restored with my father while in high school. Well life happened and 20 years later, I am finally back into the Mopar World. I purchased a 1967 Charger factory 383 4bbl with the automatic. I've spent the last month reading the forum and gleaming a lot of great info. My car is not perfect, but I am excited.

The car has had some previous restoration work done on her, but she still is mostly original, with the factory drive train.

Wow Firetodd - our stories are so similar.  My first car was a 67 Barracuda that I restored w/ my dad while in HS.  (Unfortunately, chick ran a stop sign a year later and totaled it)  20 years later I purchased a 68 Charger....
