Help...potential 440 buy

Hello fellow members. I've never bought a used block so your advice is appreciated. I have the opportunity to pick up this block for a good price. Its a late 60s casting 440. But, what appears to be surface rust on the cylinder walls worries me, but maybe it shouldn't. I just don't know enough about these things. It's going to be mostly stock when done. Any advice is appreciated.

The rust doesnt look too bad from what I can see and could be cleaned up with the overbore of the cylinder upon rebuild. The important thing to know is: What is the current bore - Std bore or already bored in the past? You need a gauge to check for sure.
