Bucket seat cores, maybe some upper door pads, console steering column, ... there is some meat still on the bone, but not much.

My cat just mentioned he's about exhausted the rodent population here and suggested that car is more likely worth somewhere in the area of 20 or 30 thousand dollars.  But he's a cat.

Them torsion bars...I would hate to take them out.  I had issues with mine but damn imagine the rust.
