Hey guys Ive got a neighbor who wants me to weld in new inner and outer rockers on his coronet and patch the front and rear floor pans hour many hours or how much do you think I should charge (granted hes not a good neighbor but I dont want to screw him over)

Rockers are a big deal, floor pan patches are not too hard.   Does he have the car apart, 2dr or 4dr?   If 2dr the outer rockers go behind the quarter panels.   The inner rockers go behind the transmission cross member the front spring perches and underneath the complete edge of the floor, back to front.  Plus all the door posts set on the rockers.  Alignment of all this is very important.   I have to assume that he just wants rocker patches.

I don't think you can give him a lump-sum price,  just tell him time-and-materials basis.   Maybe $25/hr and your wire and gas cost :shruggy:

You have enough of your own work to do Mitch, as you stated he's not a good neighbour,
And sounds like he thinks he's thinking he will get the job done cheap
At least 3 weeks solid work, I doubt it just sills, would be taking a close look before you commit to such a big job,
You don't need any more surprises
