What are these 2 things and where do they go. I'm thinking by the back window but not sure. Do they have to be installed before my roof rail weatherstrip. thanks

I think its like a scratch guard.

And they also stop air bollooning under you roof lining when driving along with the windows down.

if your roof lining is ballooning while driving, you have other problems besides these 2 little pieces of cardboard missing

Those appear to be B-body pieces though and not Charger. B-body shields are shaped slightly different.
