I went to my local salvage yard today and they just got in a 1973 Dodge Coronet with front disc brakes. They want $80 for the spindles, calipers and rotors.I was wondering if they will fit on my 68 Charger? The car also has a really stout front sway bar which is thicker than mine.

Yes, they will work. You have to reverse the calipers so they mount in the back and give you clearance for a front sway bar.

Grab the brake booster and proportionate valve too.

Sweet...I'm pretty sure they will sell it all to me for $100 that including booster and valve.

I have a question.Everybody is talking about switching the spindles around because of the sway bar issue. The 73 Coronet has a front sway bar that looks like it is in the same location as my sway bar.If the Coronet has a sway bar with no issues why would there be a issue on my 68?

If the Coronet has a sway bar with no issues why would there be a issue on my 68?

Because sway bars attach to the control arm in different locations.

One more question..Should the upper A arms be used off the Coronet for my charger with this swap?

My car is already has a power brake booster..Can I use it or do I have to get the 73 coronet booster?

I would just use everything. The lines may be different.  Left side/right side
