Chrysler Corporation Missile Division, has a nice ring to it. Interesting read (A bit long...but worth reading.) on something I was not even aware of. Now I want to find a logo!  :scratchchin:

Therewas a poster at one time showing all of Chrysler Corps. endeavours and it was kind of neat to see an ad showing cars, tanks and missiles all together.

During the Apollo program I was well aware that Chrysler was making the trip to the moon possible. Too bad that there wasn't a huge Penta Star logo on the side! It's hard to understate the impressive engineering record of Chrysler throughout it's history. A little tiny bit of the Huntsville Al. space facility rides along today in our cars as the electronic voltage regulators and first electronic ignition systems were developed there as I understand it. It is so sad to think of how far this once great company has fallen in recent times.

In fact, every manned mission in which Chrysler was involved, carried an extra ballast resistor in the ships glovebox.
