drum to disc brakes

hello ,
 I have a 1968 charger with front drum brakes .
    I want to put front disc brakes on it on the cheap side .
   So I was wondering if I can use a later model  73-74 satellite (clone   R) as a donor car ?  
And if possible would I have to change everything ?  or just the spindles and leave the rest of the original suspension parts like control arms ?
     I am sure somebody has tried to do this already .  looking for some input and ideas ..

Yes, just swap the knuckle for disc from and b body.

I need drum spindles you want to sell them? If got disk spindle.....
