69 440 HP Spark plug wire brackets

Does it matter what make and model of a 1969 B-body with a 440HP as to what brackets are used for the ignition wires?  I'm a little confused after seeing pictures of some cars with certain brackets and some without.  I've seen a picture of "Ignition Wire Kit Installation Guide" in another thread and the two brackets I have in question is the "M" bracket on pass side head bolt and the "L" bracket on the front driver exhaust manifold bolt.  Any help and pics would be greatly appreciated, Thanks

M bracket is on both sides

IMO, the only ones to use the  L bracket is C bodies
