It makes a BIG difference. 

When you are offering a service or selling an item & can't use your own photos, it's usually the first sign of a scam. If it isn't a scam, it's just unprofessional to use other people's photos that shows signs of laziness & that you don't care. I skip ads like these 100% of the time.
