360 magnum

looking to drop a 360 mag into the charger.  I have the magnum exhaust manifolds and they look like they would work with slight exhaust mods from factory dual.  now would truck headers for the magnum motor work so I can use that ball socket header flange. such as these

anyone.  reason I ask is I am reading up on diff header brands who say only fit la heads

LA car headers should fit fine. I don't know why places say "LA Only" as the Magnum heads have the same angle and port size (as far as I know at least). I plan to use a set of TTi LA headers on mine. As for using factory truck manifolds - or truck headers - check the firewall clearance. I have heard that the manifolds go too far back and there's no room for the down pipe. I haven't physically measured though. If you do try to use truck headers you might be better off looking at a "shorty" style. You're going to have to fabricate the rest any way.
