Front wheel bind turning...

When I cock the steering all the way there is a bind in that fender brace.  Is there any mods to the front i should be aware about due its lowering?

Can I remove it totally?

Never mind....it seems my suspension settled in and is down to 24 inches from 26 inches in height.  I cranked her back up 3/4 inch.
