Window Part? - Need Help Identifying

I am putting in the side glass and in my mix of parts I have two plastic pieces which appear a screw goes into. I think they are for the windows, but cannot be sure. Picture below, but if any one can help identify what this is and where it goes I would appreciate the help. Thanks!

Looks to be, goes on the interior of the car, can't remember its purpose...

the rear upper pad screws into that, see the hole on the end.

No need to really tighten the pad screws too much, the plastic could be stipped out a bit, plus the seat back will hold the door pads in place pretty well.
