name of this old movie?

Years ago in mexico I saw a 1970s era movie on TV where a guy was stuck in a car that wouldn't stop. Pretty dumb but was wondering if anyone knows the name? Have googled and cant find anything.....

From memory it was a beige 70s ford of some description......

any help appreciated.

I remember a show where a girl was stuck in a Ford going down the freeway and she could not shut it off...again, I don't recall a title to show
