Water Temperature Valve

I am looking at removing the Water Temperature Valve from the fire wall.  I disconnected the cable.  How and where do you disconnect the copper tube.  The indicated bracket, that appears to hold it to the valve assembly, is crimped to the plate below it.  OR, does the tube disconnect at its other end under the dash??  It appears to be a temperature sensor that moves with the lever.

I found My answer.  The tube is attached to a plate under the Dash
