I feel your pain.  I'd also like to install a mini-starter; I'll probably do that when the headers/exhaust get the green light.  My front end also needs a little help, but I'm trying to decide if I'm going to go with 'poly bushings or a mix of 'poly and rubber.  Ugh-I just remembered my 'tranny mount is shot too.  I said goodbye to my 'ammeter a long time ago.

It just never ends, does it?

Yeah our roads are nothing to brag about, but it's getting somewhat better.  I was all over the UP two months ago and the roads there are much better.  Not to mention the scenery!

If you plan a trip into Mi lemme know.  If I have time, I'll join you.  When it rains, we can park your car in my garage and take my car, I don't care if it gets wet and I have intermittent wipers now!   :2thumbs:   :icon_smile_big:

Don't get your hopes up on the car though, mine's only a lowly 69, but I can bring a picture of my old 68!

That completely sucks. BUT...

This is an omen.
Your car is telling you it wants overdrive. Since you have to replace the tail shaft now anyway, now is the time to splurge on a Gear Vendors unit.
Looking at the positive.
