I've been gathering 426 hemi parts for years trying to put a good street motor together.  I just bought a set of Dart heads that have been "O" ringed.  My question is can I use copper head gaskets on a street motor?  Or can I pull the "O" rings out and run a regular head gasket?  I might be asking for trouble with this solution.  Thanks

We tried this on a street motor back in the nineties and had water leaks everywhere.
I don't rec. Removing o rings. If anything, I'd check with Cometic and see if I could run o rings with them..
