Underhood strap questions

There are two holes for clamps between the fender tag and the hood hinge.  I think those are taped to the bundled vacuum lines.  What type were those?  Does the headlight wiring that goes to the bulkhead connector get bundled in there as well? 

These kits have the 4 press in retainers that are all busted on mine.  The bottom ones in the pic.

Do I have this right?
The first two retainers, closest to the headlights, hold the headlight wiring loom.  That loom then goes up on top of the beam (where the fender tag is) and runs with the vacuum lines over two taped clips.  Then that bundle runs over the brake booster.  I also have no clamp over the booster, any ideas where can I find that one?

The positive battery cable and battery to starter relay cable run through the retainer loop that sits on top of the shock tower and under the other two retainers closer to the firewall where they branch to their destinations.

Is there a better or more complete kit out there I should consider?

  as far as I know  , the plastic clips ( 2 of that hold the vacume lines are not repopped ,  can take a picture if you need to see what they look like

You can find those black T clips in vans up to the mid 90s. Look for the interior light harness across the roof.
