I work in a lot of group homes...lots of really bad behaviors...sh*t happens!

One dude comes to mind when I read all this bickering nonsense...(and for the most part....I don't think it has anything to do with the topic on hand... I'm thinking it has to do with who can put stuff down in writing better)

Anyway, this dude, when trouble(arguments) comes his way....says  to me...I just walk away.....and it is done...
