After taking a 2nd look it appears to me that this "auction" is merely an advertisement for the guy's restoration parts business. He doesn't really say much about the car itself but he talks a lot about his parts.

That car has been on ebay numerous times before.    I'm pretty sure he's just hanging it out there in case there's a rich dumbazz browsing or he likes getting his ego stroked.
I think the dude just pays the listing fee and charges it to his advertising for his resto supplier business.

While it is rare,  it's not 7 figure rare.

I thought camaro's were unibody.  he says it was taken off the frame?  maybe it's me, but I thought only the chevelles and impalas were full frame cars.

camaros (at least the later ones) have a bolt in stub like a C body, so you can remove the subframe...does that count?
